These terms govern your use of GreenOLT, provided by GreenOLT ("we", "us"). By creating a company account or signing in you agree to them. If you use GreenOLT for a company, you confirm that you may bind that company.
1. The service
GreenOLT is a cloud portal for managing OLTs, ONUs and ACS (TR-069) devices that you own or are authorised to manage. What can be done depends on the device model, its software and the way you have connected it. Where a feature is marked beta, or a model is shown as unsupported or unconfirmed, it is provided on that basis.
2. Accounts and security
The company Owner creates users and chooses their roles. You are responsible for the actions taken with your accounts, for keeping passwords and two-step sign-in codes private, and for removing users who no longer need access. Tell us promptly if you think an account has been misused.
3. Your devices and data
You confirm that you have the right to manage every OLT, ONU and router you connect, and to process the subscriber information you enter. Changes sent to devices are made on your instruction. Check a change before applying it; the review window shows what will change and what the device reports back afterwards.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to access devices you are not authorised to manage, to disrupt networks or other customers, to attempt to bypass limits or security, or to break the law.
5. Plans, fees and billing
A one-month free trial is available for new companies on the terms shown on the Pricing section of our website. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance per OLT of allowance, at the price shown when you order. Invoices are issued before the end of the period and are paid online by PayU. Prices are in Indian rupees; statutory taxes are shown on the invoice where they apply.
If an invoice is not paid by its due date, live management of devices is paused until it is paid. Your saved data is kept for the period described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can stop renewing at any time. Refunds are handled as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep GreenOLT available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Device information depends on the devices answering. Support is given through the contact details on our Contact page.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Suspension and ending
We may suspend access if these terms are broken, if payment is overdue, or to protect the service or other customers. You may stop using the service at any time. On request, we will give you a copy of your company data in a common format before it is deleted.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will show the new date on this page; continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
